Do I need to pay for training before being recruited?
No. Our vocational training programs are offered almost free of cost and are held at various centers nationwide, such as our Narsingdi TTC center. We focus on ensuring individuals are trained based on their aptitude and fitness for the role.
How long does the recruitment process take once selected?
Once we receive all attested recruitment documents from the employer, the deployment process typically takes 20 to 45 working days, depending on the volume and category of manpower being recruited.
What documents are required for overseas placement?
Candidates must have the following:
Valid passport
Medical clearance
State clearance
Job-specific trade test results
Signed contract agreement with the employer (as per government standards)
We assist in completing all necessary documentation, visa processing, and clearance formalities.
Is there any pre-departure orientation provided?
Yes, Sadia International ensures each candidate receives pre-departure training covering government regulations, cultural expectations, job role preparation, and legal responsibilities to ensure smooth integration in the country of employment.
In which countries do you place workers?
We’ve deployed over 91 lakh workers since 1976 to countries including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Malaysia, Oman, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Romania, and many others. Our recent placement records show significant movement to Malaysia, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.
How does the interview process work?
The process includes:
Mobilization via media or agents
Screening and trade tests (vision, IQ, color blindness, etc.)
Final selection and job briefing
Decision-making by candidates
Documentation and endorsement
Interviews may include multimedia presentations and skill demonstrations to ensure clarity of the job offer.
